The world as we know it has changed, dramatically but the way in which we work has not. Just as we have discovered that the earth is round, for a long time, our maps still represented the world as flat. Management practices and Management theories are outdated, but organisations still choose to use old ways, but we are on a cusp where more young, energetic and bright young people are entering the workplace and proving that we need to change.
Learning about you, and your most resourceful asset – yourself is the key to growth and development. Once you understanding your strengths and passions and develop and invest in growing more of you, you become a better version of you. You will start to excel and excellence as Aristotle reminds us, is created not by one act but by what we do repeatedly.
I call this Tool “La Dolce Vita” – and its Italian for “The Sweet Life” I know, i know you think its cheesy, but everyone of us is some way is searching for this in one way or another. So i decided to name la dolce vita – because once you find the pathway that is yours, and your alone, where you are passionate about what it is you are doing, and you have God Given strengths for it, and you are able to find marketability (meaning someone will pay you do this- i know right, i love this thing so much that i should pay someone to let me do this) When you get the intersection of this –my friends you have found yourself in the sweet life for sure!!!
