Thank you so much for answering and sending me feedback....We have spent the last week moving to new offices, make sure you save our address!!

I hope that the last weeks case study about Harry and Mady makes you think a little about the influence and influencers in your world as well....
So, the reason why everyone was in Harry's office, was because Harry connected with people before this event...He was a peoples people!!! He had gained Influence over time and now when the crunch came...he was the REAL Leader.
He did not have the Title of Country Director, or Director but in peoples eyes, he was the real influence.
I have another story,  i hope you are enjoying my little stories, but I really want  this idea of influence to sink....
So, back to my story, You may or may not know i am in business, i run a Retail franchise with my husband, one we established and grew from an idea to a monarchy :)
So back in the early days we hired upcoming DJ's and upcoming music artists to work at the stores so that it would be a platform for them to launch their career, as well as us having very specific customer care component.....Customers loved being assisted by someone that was a DJ at a party, or who performed over the weekend...so this was good.....
Now, what we did not realize was the influence that people also carried. And one of the most important elements of business in the early days is Agility...you have to be flexible, and you have adapt quickly to stay relevant and in business. Now there was one DJ, he did not like change, he was very resistant to the new products we would incorporate or the new staff we would hire. So he would talk to everyone about it, and soon everyone was against us for making changes to product lines or systems....
Gosh, it was tough, and because we did not understand influence and how it worked we struggled dealing with a staffing component....so my friend..i will tell you how the next few weeks played out...but for now
i would like you to tell me, what do your think we should have done, how should we have approached this .....i am so excited to read your comments
